    Prior to joining GadellNet, Jenn was an Account/Site Manager in the staffing industry for over 11 years where she led all HR functions such as recruiting, employee counseling, payroll and employee development. Jenn prides herself on her ability to form relationships. Since coming on board with GadellNet, Jenn has led several strategic HR initiatives to ensure that GadellNet is able to attract and retain top talent.

    Why did you join GadellNet?
    I was not looking to leave my current employer and was seduced away from a company where I had over 11 years of seniority. I left that company because I believed in the vision of GadellNet’s ownership team. I felt as though I could really make a difference within GadellNet and grow both personally and professionally. I wanted to come and work for the best!

    What sets GadellNet apart from our competition?
    Our people. I can honestly say, I have never worked with such a dedicated, smart and ambitious group of people who genuinely have the customer’s best interest in mind.

    What advice would you give to future GadellNet employees/applicants?
    GadellNet only hires those who are ambitious and have a desire to be transformative within our company as well as with our clients. Don’t expect to come to GadellNet, put in your 8 hours and leave for the day. While we promote and strive for the perfect work/life balance, it doesn’t always happen. This is definitely hard work-but has tremendous rewards associated with it.
