After spending 8 years as IT support within the higher education industry, Ryan joined us in September, 2014 as a Service Desk Engineer. He excelled in this role and was quickly promoted to that of a Systems Engineer. Ryan focuses on our Guru product line and ensures product performance as it relates to customer contracts.
What unique experiences and project have you been involved with at GNET?
I get involved with a lot of different tasks. It is challenging and keeps me on my toes.
