Why did you join GadellNet?
I joined Gadellnet because it seemed like somewhere where I could grow as an IT administrator. Additionally, the atmosphere seemed like one that made work enjoyable despite any stress.
What unique experiences and projects have you been involved with at GadellNet?
I’ve been included in some high impact projects such as an emergency rebuild of a client’s mail server. Admittedly, I wasn’t doing the heavy lifting. On that project, and most of my time so far at Gadellnet, I have been able to lend a hand where it is needed most.
What is your favorite GadellNet job perk?
Training. Gadellnet’s commitment to training and investing in its employees is unlike anything I have ever seen.
What sets GadellNet apart from our competition?
I have never seen such a strong team commitment to a common goal. Most of the time it is unspoken. However, everyone’s actions all seem to be towards the same goal, often without the need for urging from management.
How would you describe GadellNet’s Culture?
Work hard, play hard. Just because we are committed to serving our customers doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy ourselves.
What advice would you give to future GadellNet employees/applicants?
Come in willing and eager to learn and you’ll do fine. Do not confine yourself and your goals to your job description. If you want to do/learn something new, work with your team leader and they will do what they can to make it happen.
What impresses you about GadellNet?
It's involvement from the top down and the commitment to get the job done. Employees are encouraged to ask for help from anyone that might have the answer. This includes director and executive level management.
Why do you love GadellNet?
Their commitment and interest in my future and career. I have a training plan lined up that will make me more valuable to Gadellnet and benefit me throughout my career.
Describe GadellNet in one word. Dynamic. Gadellnet truly lives to its motto of “Grow or Die.” The changes that have occurred in my short tenure here continue to amaze me.
