Andrew Connelly serves as GadellNet’s Director of Strategic Partnerships and has been on the team since 2018. Andrew serves as the initial contact for immediate and long-term technology solutions. He has held various roles in Sales, Sales Management and eCommerce Strategic Merchandising.

Andrew is a proud graduate of Indiana University with degrees in Telecommunications and Business. He has worked in a wide variety of industries, resulting in a diverse knowledge base. He draws upon each of those experiences and leverages best practices to create the technology solutions that will drive your business forward.

In his spare time, Andrew is an amateur carpenter and above all else, loves spending time and travelling with his wife and two boys. “We love new experiences, food, and destinations” he says. “We are avid hikers and try to get to the mountains whenever possible on vacation though lazy days at the beach are also a huge hit in our household.” 

Why did you join GadellNet?
I had hit a plateau in my professional growth and development which inspired me to look for new opportunities. As I went through the interview process at GadellNet and had a chance to meet more of the team, it became immediately clear that the people and culture in place are special. When you empower your employees to be the best versions of themselves and invest in the whole person, they then present that best version of themselves to their clients, which is why I believe there has been an abundance of growth and success.

How would you describe GadellNet’s culture?
It may sound cliché, but our people coupled with our core values do a great job of setting a tone for the culture at GadellNet and it is on display everyday:

People: I believe because we are intentionally selective, we strive to find the right people who exhibit some common characteristics

Growth: We are truly invested in people – providing individual growth plans and investing in each employee’s goals provides the opportunity to grow, try new things and challenges them to reach new levels both personally and professionally.

Accountability: Every individual employee reads a book called QBQ, which is about owning your role to the fullest and avoiding passing blame when things don’t go as planned. Honestly, our team really lives up to this value. Everyone is extremely hardworking, everyone takes pride in their role, nobody wants to let their team down and nobody passes blame. It is a uniquely refreshing environment to work in and makes our team efficient, easy to work with and highly productive.

Making an Impact: Every day I witness our teams taking action and making a positive impact on our client’s businesses and on each other. There is a true sense of team work .
