Challenge  

Wi-Fi connection losses and brownouts were recurring issues that crippled the company’s productivity. Inclement weather would interfere with the Wi-Fi because of installation and setup errors. The company also experienced slow communication and responsiveness from their previous IT partner, in large part due to their expertise in managed print services but not overall IT managed services.  They were often left feeling overwhelmed by the state of their technology.
