GadellNet Consulting Services, one of the top Managed Service Providers in the Midwest, was named to the 2020 Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
This annual list boasts the top 125 businesses across 30 different cities and towns in Indiana. Like GadellNet, these organizations have been recognized for being a quality employer, exhibiting strong workplace cultures and having best practices that strengthen the employer-employee relationship.

GadellNet opened its branch in Carmel in 2010 with two employees. During the last ten years, GadellNet has added 33 jobs including application and networking engineers, remote and onsite tech support engineers, marketing and human resources-related roles.
Before opening the Carmel office, GadellNet operated solely out of St. Louis. The addition of the branch in Carmel was based on the great economic potential and diversity of the area. GadellNet saw Carmel as the kind of place that would attract the top talent in the state due to its excellent schools and activities for families, and its national ranking as one of the best places to live in America. “Our office in Carmel allows us to hire quicker and faster than similar companies – as it boasts a great place to live and work for our team,” says Smarrelli.
GadellNet’s employees nominated GadellNet to the Best Places to Work list because of their high level of satisfaction with the company culture, their compensation, and benefits such as additional paid time off to volunteer, a trainer who comes into the office weekly to lead workouts, access to a health coach, monthly health seminars, and access to free employee assistance programs.
Employees noted the management style as important to their success, which is reflected in a 96% employee retention rate during the last year. GadellNet also employs a weekly anonymous survey in order to ensure that they are constantly adapting and learning how to improve their ability to be a leading employer.
