Kathy Mazzarella is the Chairman, President and CEO of Graybar, an employee-owned, Fortune 500 distributor of electrical communications and data networking products.
Graybar has over 8,700 employees and nearly 300 locations across North America with $7.2 billion of annual revenue. Kathy is one of only 37 female CEOs that are part of the Fortune 500, and her awards and board memberships are too many to mention here.
Kathy started with Graybar in 1980 and became Graybar’s 11th President and CEO in 2012. She’s also raised two daughters with her husband of 37 years. How does she do it? With grit, intelligence, and a Zero Excuses attitude.
