Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our remote assistance tool, our support team engineers can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way to a solution.

How to get help:

Step 1: Call us at 314-431-0358 and ask for help!  An engineer on our support team will direct you to this page.

Step 2: You will be asked to download a small software program to run on your PC or MAC that will allow us to work on your computer remotely.

Step 3: With your permission, a GadellNet engineer can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

Note: You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen sharing session at any time.
