A newly positioned IT Leader at a design, engineering, and construction firm was charged with overseeing a company of 160 team members across 3 US offices, 1 Canadian Office, and 30 remote endpoints. With unfilled roles creating gaps in security, the organization was in need of supplemental IT support while roles were filled, and team members were skilled up.
The organization already had mandatory MFA (Multifactor Authentication) in place as well as a cyber liability insurance policy. Still, they wanted to ensure their organization was on top of the cybersecurity game for the long run.
