Jacob Budde is a Strategic Consultant at GadellNet, bringing more than two decades of experience helping organizations align technology, security, and operations with long‑term business strategy. Since beginning his career in 2001, Jacob has worked across healthcare, managed services, and enterprise IT environments, combining technical leadership with a strong business perspective.

Prior to joining GadellNet in 2026, Jacob progressed from hands‑on technical roles into senior leadership positions, including CISO, Information Systems Supervisor, and Senior Network Engineer. His background enables him to assess environments holistically, balancing risk, operational efficiency, and scalability to support informed decision‑making at the leadership level.

Jacob is known for his consultative, client‑first approach. He focuses on understanding each organization’s mission and challenges, translating complex technical realities into clear, actionable strategies that help leaders move forward with confidence. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, reading, creative writing, digital music creation, and teaching yoga.
