Kerri Novak is the Director of Training and Development at GadellNet, where Kerri has been instrumental since 2017 in driving the company’s training initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning. With a career in technology and relevant fields dating back to 2012, Kerri has held various pivotal roles including Account Planning Manager, Technology Adoption Manager, Project Manager, and Training and Development Leader. Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, along with several certifications including Project+, Situational Leadership Essentials Certified Trainer, Leading Leaders Development, and Measuring the Impact of L&D.

Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending time with her daughters, engaging in their sports and activities, and exploring new places through travel. Kerri also loves being outdoors with her two dogs, taking long walks, and finding peace by the water.  Kerri’s dedication to professional growth and passion for training and development make her an asset to GadellNet and the broader industry.
