Chad joined GadellNet as an intern in 2010. After he graduated from Washington University, Chad was offered a permanent position within GadellNet. He has worked his way up in the company and is now one of the Software Engineers on our Application Management team.
What unique experiences and projects have you been involved with at GadellNet?
The first project I worked on was migrating a company from an old ERP to the just-released Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013. Talk about jumping into the deep end! It was a challenge, and I learned a lot about what it takes to plan and execute a Real World project. More recently, I have been involved in setting up Azure environments and deploying our apps there. That came with a whole new set of challenges, gotchas, and “Ah ha!” moments.
What is your favorite GadellNet job perk?
The grill and covered patio have made for some awesome after work get-togethers. GadellNet has a lot of smart and interesting people, so I’m all for having an excuse to hang out in a non-work setting.
How would you describe GadellNet’s Culture?
In short, playful but professional. We like to have a good time and keep things loose, but when it’s time to come up with a solution or put in some extra hours, we’re not afraid to buckle down and do it.
