The United Way of Central Indiana is an organization that brings together compassionate people who are committed to improving lives in their community. They focus their efforts on education, income, health, and basic needs. Our CEO, Nick Smarrelli, is on the board of advisors and is committed to seeing this organization’s continued success in our community.
In Hamilton County, United Way has several programs including ReadUP, helping children with reading skills, Tax Preparation, Winter Assistance Fund, and leadership programs for both youth and adults alike.
The United Way will also run campaigns for immediate needs in the community. A recent one in Central Indiana was donations of baby items for families in need.
