GadellNet recognizes that systemic inequities exist in the tech industry and beyond, and we are committed to dismantling barriers that prevent individuals and communities from thriving. 

Our Commitment: 

  • We’ve created systems that ensure fairness for every team member and partner.  We commit to reviewing our policies and practice annually to identify and eliminate barriers to opportunity.  This includes conducting equity audits, ensuring transparent promotion criteria and maintaining a grievance processes that allows employees to raise concerns safely and without retaliation.  By doing this, we can ensure that decisions are made fairly and consistently across the organization. 
  • Equity is non-negotiable.  We ensure fair and competitive pay for every team member, provide robust training and development opportunities to support career growth and offer inclusive benefits that recognize diverse family structures, including domestic partnerships.  Our commitment to equity means creating a workplace where every individual has the resources, support and opportunities to thrive, without exception.

  • Conduct annual equity audits to review pay, promotion and policy fairness. 
  • Maintain a transparent promotion framework accessible to all employees.  
  • Implement and maintain a confidential grievance system with guaranteed non-retaliation. 
  • Guarantee living wage compliance for all roles.  
  • Offer career development programs for every employee, including mentorship opportunities 
  • Review benefits annually to ensure inclusive coverage 
  • Partner with community organizations and universities to expand diverse talent pipelines 
  • Track and report workforce demographics and leadership representation. 
  • Conduct quarterly employee engagement surveys focused on belonging and inclusion 
  • Train leaders on inclusive leadership and active listening 

Human Rights Commitment

GadellNet is committed to respecting human rights in the workplace. We do so by following the guiding principles included in but not limited to the following frameworks: 

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) – to uphold the fundamental rights and freedoms that apply to all people, including equality, dignity, freedom from discrimination, the right to fair treatment, and the right to work in just and favorable conditions

GadellNet does not engage in lobbying or in any activities intended to influence legislative action. Company funds will not be used for political campaigns, to influence legislation, or to support candidates. Employees cannot engage in lobbying on behalf of the company.
