Annual ranking by Indianapolis Business Journal

Indianapolis, IN- The Indianapolis Business Journal(IBJ) announced that GadellNet Consulting Serviceshas made the Fast 25 list for 2019, based on revenue growth over a three year period. This award honors the fastest growing privately held companies in the Indianapolis area.GadellNet ranked fourth on this list with a revenue last year of $3.6 million and 218% growth from 2016 to 2018. This list was revealed at an awards ceremony hosted by the Indianapolis Business Journal on July 25th.

GadellNet is celebrating its 16thyear in business in 2019 as a Managed Service Provider, offering tech solutions including 24/7 help desk, cybersecurity services, business intelligence, and data visualization, to small and medium sized businesses throughout the Midwest, with offices in Carmel and St. Louis, Missouri.

GadellNet chose to base their Indianapolis team in Carmel because of the incredible community of small businesses.  Further, it allows us to reach nearly all of their clients within a short 20-minute drive.  GadellNet serves small businesses and Carmel is a city where these organizations can thrive. The small-town atmosphere with accessibility to a large metropolitan area allows GadellNet to serve Indianapolis clients easily without the hustle and bustle that comes with a chic downtown office. These factors have helped to boost GadellNet success.

When the leaders who won the 2019 IBJ Fast 25 award were asked about the secret to their success, the IBJ reports that it boils down to people. GadellNet agrees with this sentiment. Nick Smarrelli, GadellNet’s CEO, said, “GadellNet’s success can be traced to good clients who are outspoken about their relationship with us and a strong company culture.  If we can work with great clients, and attract and retain great people – then growth is inevitable.”

Smarrelli explained that GadellNet has achieved their current level of success through IT consulting, but over the next year or two, GadellNet will become more of a business consulting group. The reason behind this is that more companies are moving to the cloud, their tech is breaking less often, so their focus is shifting to making their employees more efficient, happier, and more collaborative.
