Generative Artifical Intelligence Policy for GadellNet Thought Leadership

GadellNet Consulting Services is committed to proper use and disclosure of Gen AI in our content.

The following is outlined as acceptable use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) in our content creation.

Where Gen AI is Used:

  1. GadellNet may use Gen AI in early stages of drafting written content. This will never be the final product. Final responsibility for accuracy, tone and originality rests with the human author.
    1. Gen AI may be used to help with sentence structure, grammar, and word choice.
    1. Gen AI may not be used to fully generate any piece of written content or validate claims, statistics, or facts.
  2. GadellNet may use Gen AI to compile and capture notes from supporting documentation such as:
    1. Meeting transcripts,
    1. Internal documentation
    1. Email threads
    1. Publicly available web sources
  3. Use of Gen AI in this context must respect data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Where Gen AI is Not Used:

  1. GadellNet will not use Gen AI to create images of people. Each person featured in one of our images is a real member of our team, and we are proud to highlight them.
    1. When GadellNet does use Gen AI to create an image or graphic, it will be clearly disclosed.    
  2. GadellNet will not use Gen AI to create any video content without explicit disclosure.
  3. GadellNet will not use AI Generated music in any piece of content without explicit disclosure.
  4. Any AI-generated media must be clearly marked and approved through our content governance process.

Transparency and Disclosure

  • All content that includes AI-generated elements (text, images, video, or audio) must include clear disclosure.
  • Disclosures should appear in footnotes, captions, or metadata, depending on the format.
  • Internal and external audiences must be able to easily identify where and how AI was used.

Ethical Principles

  • We believe that AI is powerful and effective when supporting the creativity of our team. Quality and authenticity remain the core deciding factors when it comes to the release of any piece of content or imagery representing the GadellNet Consulting Services brand.
  • At any time, we reserve the right to ask for content to be taken down or modified to fit these standards.

Governance & Review

  • This policy will be reviewed annually by the Marketing team in collaboration with the Executive Team.
  • Updates will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Questions or concerns about AI use should be directed to the Chief Experience Officer.
