Jenn von Sothen is Vice President of Human Resources at GadellNet, where she leads the people strategy for a growing, multi‑market organization. Since joining the company as team member 27, Jenn has played a pivotal role in scaling GadellNet’s culture, talent practices, and employee experience. She uses her extensive experience in staffing and human resources to lead initiatives across talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.

Most recently, Jenn has been instrumental in guiding GadellNet through the B Corp recertification process and in building a comprehensive, people‑first benefits strategy. She is deeply committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. She has championed programs such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), leadership coaching, and other meaningful offerings designed to support employees through every stage of life and career. At the heart of her work is the belief that people do their best when they can bring their whole selves to work. She actively advocates for benefits that reflect this philosophy, including volunteer time off, an unlimited PTO policy, and an employee matching program for nonprofit donations-helping employees care for themselves, their families, and the communities they care about most.

Jenn earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and brings a practical, business‑minded approach to human resources grounded in empathy and trust. Outside of the office, Jenn values time with family and community and is deeply committed to advancing workplace practices that prioritize well‑being, inclusion, and purpose.
