Jenn von Sothen is Vice President of Human Resources at GadellNet, where she leads the people strategy for a growing, multi‑market organization. Since joining the company as team member 27, Jenn has played a pivotal role in scaling GadellNet’s culture, talent practices, and employee experience. She uses her extensive experience in staffing and human resources to lead initiatives across talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design.
Most recently, Jenn has been instrumental in guiding GadellNet through the B Corp recertification process and in building a comprehensive, people‑first benefits strategy. She is deeply committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. She has championed programs such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), leadership coaching, and other meaningful offerings designed to support employees through every stage of life and career. At the heart of her work is the belief that people do their best when they can bring their whole selves to work.
