Kurt Beard joined GadellNet in 2021 and serves as Continuous Improvement Specialist. He brings deep experience in IT operations and logistics, helping clients streamline processes and elevate service delivery.
Kurt focuses on harnessing AI to ensure innovation never comes at the expense of quality, transparency, or trust. He has led the configuration and deployment of custom AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows that enhance client satisfaction and internal culture.
Kurt is also a speaker for strategic partners and community leaders. He shares insights on ethical AI adoption and service desk transformation. His recent workshop, “Drafting an AI Adoption Plan and Best Practices for the Transition,” was featured at the AI Service Unleashed Conference in Houston, TX.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys bicycling, reading, cooking, and spending time with his family. An avid photographer, his images have been viewed over 137 million times and featured on the Today Show and NPR News.
