Max Hyman has been the Director of Continuous Improvement at GadellNet since 2021. His career in technology began in 2014, and he has accumulated a wealth of experience in various positions, including Help Desk Engineer, System Administrator, Operations Lead, and Director of Technical Services. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an associate’s degree in culinary arts, complemented by his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 4 Disciplines of Execution Coaching Certification, and a member of the National Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. 

Max is passionate about continuous improvement and business excellence. He believes that enhancing processes and efficiency leads to an exceptional client experience—the cornerstone of IT services. Outside of his professional life, Max draws upon his education from the Culinary Institute of America and time as a chef in New York City to create memorable meals and experiment with new recipes for family and friends.
