Scott joined GadellNet in 2016 to help expand our Guru Sentry security program. He is CompTIA Security + certified, and brings with him some of the best security experience we could ask for. While in the Marine Corps, he held a Top Secret clearance and provided security for Marine One, the Presidential Helicopter Squadron, in Quantico, VA and travelled with President George W. Bush domestically and internationally. His background also includes Sales and Management. His passions are motorcycles, photography, travel, nature, and cooking—as a matter of fact, he recently became the GadellNet Chili Cook-Off Champion!
How would you describe GadellNet’s Culture?
Cooperative. Every member of the team is willing to cross role borders and chip in to move the mission forward. Not only does this ensure the work gets done more quickly and effectively, it also leverages the diversity inherent in multiple perspectives and areas of experience and expertise, which inevitably leads to more well-rounded, purposefully developed, and extraordinary solutions.
What advice would you give to future GadellNet employees/applicants?
Never stop seeking personal and professional development. GadellNet places a lot of confidence in members who are constantly striving to better themselves and does everything possible to support that growth.
