Vic Sweeting is an AI Process Consultant at GadellNet, helping organizations put AI to work on the everyday processes that slow their teams down.
Vic began his IT career in the U.S. Army in 2009. Since 2019 he has moved from end-user support at Lenovo to cloud administration at Curi. He joined GadellNet in 2022 as a System Engineer and was quickly promoted to Strategic IT Consultant. After a role at a national advisory firm, he returned in 2026 to join the AI Consulting Team. He is a Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, which shapes his people-first approach to AI adoption.
Vic lives in North Carolina with his wife of ten years and their five-year-old son. They love taking road trips to visit family across the Southeast. They also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and swimming.
