Being an outsourced tech company doesn’t mean we are far removed from our clients. Our Client Site Engineers (CSEs) can be found working on client issues right in the client’s office any day of the week. Some of our clients want a CSE in their office and at their disposal weekly or bi-weekly, others just use our Client Site Engineers on an as-needed basis. We can be flexible with the scheduling and we understand having a tech presence in your offices is important.  We strive to provide client’s with knowledgeable and personable engineers.

Let’s take a step back. What are Client Site Engineers? Client Site Engineers are GadellNet employees who go out to our client’s office to provide on-site technical assistance and support. This individual acts as the main point of contact for your team for any technical issues they may have.  They are also responsible for monitoring your infrastructure, devices, and doing all necessary troubleshooting.

As you can imagine, these engineers can come across any number of technical issues while they are out in the field. They need to have a wide range of experiences under their belt to be able to troubleshoot complex issues on any number of different systems. Our CSEs must meet our education and experience requirements, which you can read about here. They must also be both self-motivated while they’re out on site and able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

We want to make sure anyone we send out to your office truly represents our values and understands your needs. Our employees live by three values – Grow or Die, 100% Responsibility 0% Excuses, and Make an Impact. Our CSEs have ‘all or nothing’ personalities.

Our CSEs understand these values and often exemplify a softer side of GadellNet with their ability to talk through complicated IT issues with end users, their ability to empathize, and their ability to create real relationships with teams in and out of GadellNet. As CSEs they are representing all of those who are back at our office making it possible for us to support our clients. Our CSEs take this responsibility very seriously.
