GadellNet’s Indianapolis team built out a new office with three times their prior space in order to keep up with their growth.
GadellNet attributes their continual growth to their strong culture, including flexible work hours, dog-friendly offices, included free snacks and drinks, an on-site gym, and more, as well as their refurbished Botanical Heights headquarters, which was once a machine shop. These two factors have helped GadellNet attract the top talent in the area and retain their employee base. Without their dedicated employees and their ability to attract new employees, GadellNet doesn’t believe this growth would have been possible.
