Brad Hettenhausen is the Chief Executive Officer at GadellNet Consulting Services. He began his career in technology in 2006 and his expertise encompasses cybersecurity, strategic consulting, and operations.  He leverages this experience to lead a team of IT professionals dedicated to crafting and implementing tailored IT strategies for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining GadellNet, Brad worked for a Fortune 500 company followed by a small government contractor, where he developed his passion for nurturing small organizations with winning cultures. In 2014, he became the 16th employee at GadellNet. His leadership journey within the company includes serving as President and Chief Information Officer, roles in which he demonstrated a deep commitment to IT and people leadership. In 2022, he was promoted to CEO, and under his guidance, the organization has expanded to a team of 170+.

Brad holds a Master’s of Business Administration from St. Louis University.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  In 2025, he obtained his CMMC Registered Practitioner certification. He holds a Master’s degree from St. Louis University.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Brad is a sought-after speaker and moderator on topics such as technology, strategy, and cybersecurity. He has engaged audiences across Denver, St. Louis, Southwestern Illinois, and Indianapolis, sharing insights and fostering discussions that drive innovation and best practices in the industry. His leadership and vision were recognized in 2024 when he was named a Colorado Titan 100, an honor that acknowledges the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in the area.
