The Managed Services and Critical IT Provider is seeking to fill 17 open positions in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Madison and Denver markets in the next 90 days.
GadellNet Consulting Services, a privately held consulting firm providing critical IT solutions to small and medium sized businesses is looking to fill up to 17 new roles in the next 90 days. Fueled by business growth, post-pandemic workplace trends and expanded client services, the open roles range from engineering to consulting to business development. Complete list of open positions can be found here.
“We serve the small and medium business market and as the pace of business accelerates, we must continue to evolve the way we serve our clients,” says Chad Menard, Chief Operating Officer. “These hires will allow us to further our ability to solve clients’ issues quicker and grow ways to impact their businesses.”
GadellNet has appeared on Inc 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies every year since 2013. Revenues rose nearly 25% from 2019 to 2020 and the company grew to 133 employees. They also were named to Inc. Magazine’s 2020 Best Places to Work list.
“It is an exciting time to be supporting the small and medium business community. As offices reopen after pandemic shutdowns, we anticipate that they will look to us for technical, as well as strategic decision-making support for a new hybrid workplace format,” says CEO, Nick Smarrelli, referencing flexibility and hybrid work trends identified in the Microsoft 2021 Work Trend Index .
GadellNet’s company culture focuses on employee development and serving the communities in which they operate. As a Certified B Corporation, GadellNet is required to build their business with community, governance, environment and diversity as foundations. In 2020, they donated over $250,000 in services and dollars to non-profit clients.
“We have built a culture where high caliber individuals thrive,” Smarrelli says. “And I am eager to not only better support the missions of our clients, but also grow our family and the careers of these new employees.”
In April 2021, GadellNet received Indiana’s “Best of Tech” Mira Award for Exceptional Employer from TechPoint. The driver of their decision was GadellNet’s emphasis on employee growth and development through programs like GNet Leadership Academy, having a dedicated Training and Development Leader who helps facilitate upskilling opportunities and budgeting $3,000 annually for each employee to spend on training.
In March, GadellNet announced the expansion of its St. Louis footprint. Renovations to 1558 S Vandeventer Avenue will be completed in Fall 2021 and provide space for up to an additional 50 employees.
After announcing the 2021 acquisition of Denver’s CNT Group, GadellNet received accolades from Colorado Governor, Jared Polis for its planned job creation in Denver and the benefits it will bring to Colorado’s thriving small business community.
“As new business formations continue to pace Colorado’s economic momentum, GadellNet’s addition of dozens of jobs in Colorado is a big boost to help our small businesses thrive,” said Polis in an April 22 press release.
GadellNet provides IT services to a myriad of industries, including construction & architecture companies, K-12 education, accounting firms, nonprofit organizations, law firms, marketing and advertising agencies, and national associations.
